We were delighted to welcome the Hackney Road Safety team to Side by Side School for a special session on road safety. The children had the opportunity to learn essential road safety skills in a fun and interactive way, including how to cross the road safely, the importance of being seen, and understanding traffic signals.

The visit was tailored to meet the needs of our pupils, with engaging activities that supported their understanding and encouraged their independence. We’re grateful to the Hackney team for delivering such an informative and accessible session, helping our pupils become more confident and aware in the community.
