We were honoured to welcome Kemi Badenoch to Side by Side School today.

During her visit, our Headteacher, Gerald Lebrett, together with members of the Board of Trustees, gave her a tour of the school. She had the opportunity to see our classrooms in action, meet our incredible children, and experience first-hand the warm, supportive environment that makes Side by Side so special.

It was a pleasure to showcase the personalised approach we take in supporting children with special needs, and to share the impact of our work across the school. Mr Lebrett also spoke with her about current developments with the proposed SEND reforms, highlighting the importance of ensuring that all children receive the support they need to thrive.

It was a privilege to welcome Ms. Badenoch, and we are grateful to her for taking the time to visit and connect with our school community, sharing in the dedication of our staff and the achievements of our pupils.
